On another note, I started looking at cycling equipment today and was completely confused and overwhelmed by it all - it's clearly going to take me a while to work out what I actually need and what will be worth investing in!

- I think it's fair to say I'm a leisurely fair weather cyclist. However, this summer Ant & I have taken on the challenge of completing the London Olympic Cycling Road Route - so come rain or shine we will be out training for this 90 mile 'technically challenging' adventure.
